Today is another wonderful Inspiration Monday! This week I have decided to join in on another wonderful challenge blogs.
The first one I would like to list is where the sketch for the card came from. This week I have decided to join in on the CPS Card Sketch Blog. Its a really fun sketch that was fun to try and play around with. =)
Isn't that just fun? Well on top of that I have decided to join the fun gals over at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog once again. This week they are looking for Loads of Layers!
"“Loaded with
LAYERS!”For this weeks challenge you will create a card that has 3 or
more layers! Oh…and don’t forget to stamp! After all, we don’t call this
STAMPtacular for nothing!"
Alright, lets take a peek at my little card.
I chose fun spring colors because that's just how I feel, its spring and things should be cheerful! =)
Thanks for stopping by.

Inspiration Monday
Well, here we have it, another wonderful Inspiration Monday! This week I have decided to join the wonderful fun over at three of my favorite challenge blogs!
The first one that I would like to mention is where the color inspiration came from. Over at CAS-UAL Fridays they are having and opposites attract challenge, they have given us a color wheel where we get to enjoy the colors of each side of the wheel. I chose Yellow and Purple.
Then over at Cute Card Thursday they want to see how these wonderful spring flowers influence your craft projects, for this I picked out a stamp that I have actually never used. A beautiful floral scroll which I colored in in the purple and yellow colors.
I'm also throwing this project into the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge, they are enjoying a FREEBIE week where they would just like to see the new projects that we have all come up with. =)
Well, what do you say? Are you ready to see my lovely card??
Thank you for stopping by! I hope that you enjoyed my lovely card!

Inspiration Monday
Welcome to another Inspiration Monday!
For today's challenge I have decided to stop by Stamptacular Sunday Challenge and get in on the fun of a PHOTO Inspiration challenge. Their photo this week is amazing! Extremely spring!
Isn't that just beautiful!!! I picked out the two things that spoke to me most from their to, the fact that its a flower and the colors, the yellow and hints of purple! So those are what the main events are on my card! I also tried out a new technique. (Which I will be explaining a bit later on.)
I love how the colors compliment each other and really make it dazzle! I wanted to keep it simple, so I knew that the colors really had to make up for it all! So the new technique that I tried out was the main event!
First I dug into my stash of Cricut Cartridges and pulled out my Cindy Lou, I picked out one of the doily's and cut it out of a scrap piece of paper. Then I layered the cut doily over the white piece of paper and pulled out two ink pads. I lightly brushed the purple and yellow ink pads over the doily, once it was all covered in ink I peeled up the doily and was left with this beautiful piece of art! I love the grunge but sweet look that it has left! Then I inked the edges of the white paper and considered it done. I layered it with yellow paper and topped it off with a purple decorative strip. I chose the quote Warm Wishes because it seemed like the right fit! Then to add that extra spot of glamour I added 3 rhinestones!
On the inside I stamped the message "A lifetime of Wedding Wishes for you." And that there is my card!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderfully crafty day!

Inspiration Monday
Today for the Inspirati♥n Monday post I have decided to play along with a few challenge blogs.
The first one I would like to mention is the CAS-ual Friday challenge, this week they are having a fun challenge that will really make you think. They are asking that you make a lovely card where the sentiment is the focal point. Remember to keep it simple.
The next blog that I have decided to join in on is the CPS Card Sketch challenge blog. They are always showing off new and interesting sketches to keep the mind going and going, this week I felt inspired by all the payer and just couldn't wait to try it out!
Using these two challenges I have come up with this card!
I'm wishing you sunshine and smiles to brighten your day. . . . with these colors who couldn't be happy getting this card!
I had help with this card from the Hero Arts challenge blog. The colors they were asking for were these:
They were perfect for this card and the large mixture was a wonderful challenge and made this card all around fun to work on!
Well, that's all for now, have a wonderfully crafty day!

Inspiration Monday
Inspirati♥n Monday!!!
Again I know I have missed that last few weeks but I promise that I am working hard on making things come back to normal! I am done with all the Car business so now its all up to my Lawyer.
Well, today I am joining the wonderful team over at CPS Card Sketches!
http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/2012/03/cps-255-part-1.html
They always have wonderful sketches the really push the creativity out of a crafty gal like me!
So for my New Years Resolution I decided that I needed to step out side the box a bit more with the sketches and I think that is exactly what I have done with this sketch! I feel you can still see the original sketch but you can also see the new very inspired look I gave to it!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderfully Crafty Day!

Inspiration Monday
Hello! I'm back for another Inspirati♥n Monday, and today I have something extra special! Today over at The Cutie Pie Challenge Blog their 11th Challenge is . . . ANYTHING BUT A CARD!!! You can view the whole challenge at their site here:
http://cutiepiechallenge.blogspot.com/2012/02/11-anything-but-card.html
I found these really great over sized valentines chipboard cut outs from Making Memories on one of my fun trips to the DI, I have been dieing to decorate them and display them but never really known what I wanted to do with them. So I thought that this was the perfect chance to fix them up and enjoy a fun challenge!
Ready to take a peek at them?
I have a few more ideas about what I would like to do with them but this is the perfect start! Don't you think?
Well, that's all for today, sorry for the quick post I will make it up to you!

Inspiration Monday
Monday again! My weeks are usually very busy with Doctor Appointments, meetings with my apartment management, and taking care of my little family that these days all seem to fly by so quickly. (Sort of thankful for that.)
Well, with it being Monday I have actually made it on time for another wonderful Inspirati♥n Monday post! This week I have decided to join in on all the fun the at two Challenge blogs. The first I would like to mention is one that I have actually won at, and came very close to being apart of her Design Team. Lets give a big warm welcome to Stamptacular Sunday Challenge! You can visit her site at: http://stamptacularsundaychallenge.blogspot.com/
and you can visit the challenge that I am playing along with here: http://stamptacularsundaychallenge.blogspot.com/2012/01/challenge-148-seeing-spots.html
As usual though, I have a copy of the challenge here for you, but I really do hope that you will stop by her blog to take a peek at all of the wonderful inspiration she and her design team have!
Challenge #148: Seeing SPOTS!
This week’s challenge is going to be so much fun! We can’t wait to see what you create!
This week's challenge is a…
“Seeing SPOTS!”
For this weeks challenge you will create a card with spots/polka dots on it! They can be anywhere or as few or as many as you wish, as long as we can see them when you’re finished!
I didn't do much stamping on the card that I made but lucky for me there isn't a limit to the stamping that needs to be done on the cards that you enter into her challenges, there just needs to be some stamping. =) On my card, I had a purple chip-board flourish that I decided to stamp with a pin point polka dot in shy peach. It turned out very cute. This is one of my favorite cards that I have ever made! The colors just really flow together.
The second challenge blog that I am joining this week is the CPS (Card Positioning Systems) Challenge Blog. They have a very lovely sketch that they would like you to use in some way in your card. Its a very simple design, I don't normally go for the tiled look on cards but something about this layout got my creative juices flowing! You can visit this challenge at: http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/2012/01/cps-252-part-1.html
But for the sake of the challenge I have borrowed the sketch image from CPS. (THIS IS NOT MY SKETCH AND I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THE SKETCH.)

Alright now, here is the moment that you have all been waiting for, here is the card that I made for these two challenges! *Again, this is by far one of my all time favorite cards that I have ever made!
For this card I chose to use a pre-cut design for the quote, I chose Serenity because when I look at this card it reminds me of all that I have over come these past few months, it makes me feel calm and at peace with the dark tones and easy flow design. It just seem right to put Serenity on this card. (I plan to make this card part of my decor around my craft desk, it really does me good to see it.)
Amazing isn't it!!!!! Now I'm going to post a digital Scrapbook Layout of the card at different angles so you can see the detail a bit better and see how all of the layers word and mingle!
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to come back soon for more challenges and crafty updates!

Inspiration Monday
Hello all, I made it a few hours earlier then last time, hopefully this means that soon I will be back into a rhythm! This week again, I have chosen to join in on all the fun at three different challenge blogs! All of whom I have played along with before!
The first I would like to mention is CAS-ual Fridays! You can visit their current challenge here:
http://cas-ualfridays.blogspot.com/2012/01/cfc35.html
Their Challenge this week is Scallops!
"CFC35: Create a Clean And Simple project with scallops!"
And boy does this card play to that!
Next I have decided to join the fun over at Sarah Hurley Challenges, you can see the current challenge at:
http://sarahhurleychallenges.blogspot.com/2012/01/challenge-57-sponsored-by-sarah-hurley.html
Give thanks is the theme this week!
"The theme this week is Giving Thanks - it may be your Thank You cards from Christmas, a Scrapbook Page or a Thank you card or present for someone, we want to see!!"
Then as a very minor part I decided to add just a touch of lace and join in the fun over at The Cutie Pie Challenge Blog. You can view the current challenge at:
http://cutiepiechallenge.blogspot.com/2012/01/9-ribbons-lace_15.html
Well, now that I have all of the fun and amazing Challenge Blogs posted how about I show you what I have been working on for the day??
I have decided that with it getting close to Valentines Day I would make a very lovey Thank You Card. The phrase alone made me think lovey thanks! I used a Scalloped circle to help make the rose circle pop and I added a new fringe of scalloped lace cut along the bottom as well.

Inspirati♥n Monday
Hello All! I am here on time to start the fun with a brand new Inspirati♥n Monday! Today I have decided to join the CPS Team for their sketch. All of the Teams Designs were just amazing! I especially love the photo of "The Most Wonderful Time" by Angie Hagist. I love the way that card turned out! Perfect Colors as well! Seeing all these hard works of art I decided to jump in and try it out. Since Thanksgiving is right around the Corner I decided to make a Kindness/Thank You card in the wonderful yellow and brown fall colors.
This was the Sketch over at CPS - Card Sketches
http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/2011/11/cps-245-part-1.html
This is what I have come up with.
Cute don't you think?

WoW! Catching up!
OK, so as most of you know I was involved in an Auto Collision about 2 weeks ago, these past two week have been so hard on my husband and I and things have just slipped away from me. I am here to catch you up on the happenings here. I have two missed Inspiration Mondays that I will post in the same post with photos, I have fun new Finds at my DI (Deseret Industries), new Hair Bows, and even a Photo Session! I also have a digital art that I made and what I am planning on making next!
So first up lets talk about those Inspiration Monday posts. Two weeks ago I found that I really liked the challenge of the CPS Sketch and took it for a spin. I used darker colors, or as some would say the more traditional colors. (Brown, Green, Red, Beige)
I love the colors that I chose for the Flower, I feel it really helped the card pop.
Again, this card was made for the CPS Challenge of 11-07-11. I never got it entered but at least I made the card and found that I really like that sketch.
Next is the Inspiration Monday of 11-14-11 for this challenge I chose the Mojo Monday Card Sketch. I really didn't find anything that inspiring so I went with a Sketch to see if I could get my juices flowing. Turns out that a terrible week trumps creativity. So this is what I ended up with from the Card Sketch.
The snowmen are from a set of very out dated Punch outs but I still love them, they are adorable!
That's really all I have to say about these two cards, they are not my best works but they are still nice in their own way and I hope to be back tomorrow in full stride for an all new Inspiration Monday!
Thank you to all of you for being patient with me while I recover and get back on my feet.

This weeks challenge is.....
'U is for Unused Stash'
We want to you use something that you haven't used before on your projects this time...it can be something you've been saving for a special card...you know...only taking it out occasionally to admire/stroke...or something you've just bought...there are lots of lovely new Christmas collections being released at the moment...or maybe there's something in your stash that you have for absolutely ages but have never got around to using...now is your chance!
Fun right! I'm always finding stuff that has been long forgotten about. How very sad right?! Well, here is my forgotten Stash that I used to make my wonderful card! *Which actually works out well for an upcoming order I have! =)
I got the paper stack two whole years ago and I have actually never used the paper out of it, I ended up saving it for last year Christmas projects but then bought another Christmas Stack that was released and on clearance. Then, I bought the Cricut Cartridge a while back and to be honest I don't think that I have ever used it. Isn't that terrible! I love my Cricut and use it all the time, I can't believe that this Cartridge went untouched this long! So I pulled out all of the works and this is what I have come up with! Thanks for stopping by today and be sure to stop by the ABC Christmas Challenge Blog! They'd love to have you!

You "Quack" Me Up
Hello again dear readers! Today is Monday and I am happy to say that I am back for another Inspirati♥n Monday! I originally had chosen to jump on over at MoJo Monday for their fabulous sketch but to be a little honest, I just couldn't get motivated enough by the sketch. Even the amazing cards that the Design Team made could get my creative juices flowing. =( So I had to search around and find one that was I felt more motivated towards. I ended up picking Stamptacular Sunday once again. Their challenge today really had me going! (To be honest I think I just tired of going for a sketch.)
As always I will post a bit about the Challenge here but pretty please be sure to stop by and check out their lovely blog! =)
This week's challenge is a…
“ABC’s!”
For this weeks challenge you will create a card or a project that has the color “A”pricot, (shades of orange/peach), “B”ling, and “C”ute “C”ritter (animals or bugs) on it! Oh…and don’t forget to stamp! After all, we don’t call this STAMPtacular for nothing!
Stamptacular Sunday
http://stamptacularsundaychallenge.blogspot.com/2011/08/challenge-125-abcs.html
Are you ready to see what I have created?
I used a baby pink plain card stock for the base, with a thick strip of metallic green down the center as part of the "Bling" for this challenge. (But we all know I couldn't stop there! I am a total sucker for the Bing! LoL) I chose my "You Quack me up" stamp from the 2010 Stampin Up Animal Crackers set. I love love love this set! =) On the green strip I wrapped and tied a apricot colored thin ribbon with a clear rhinestone on the knot. I also got a 4"x3.5" piece of white card stock and stamped a pretty little flower in apricot colored ink to add to the whole layout! I added rhinestones all over my card to add a ton of life to it!! Great card isn't it! =)
A- Apricot card stock & Ink
B- Large and Small clear rhinestones
C- Quacky Duck Stamp
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to have a Happy Crafty Day!

This week over at Clean & Simple Stamping they are doing their Fall to Sketch, which means they show you a clean and simple sketch to help get your juices flowing. Be sure to make it a simple layout and have tons of fun!
I decided to use brown & yellow as my main colors with the highlights of Green and Black. I love how all of the colors go together! What do you say? Wanna see what I did with the sketch?
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to have a happy crafty day!
